The ESYDA Workforce & Leadership Development Program is designed to bridge the gap between education and employment for young people in the DMV area. Over 12 intensive weeks, participants gain practical skills, professional connections, and the confidence to succeed in any career.
Our program combines classroom instruction, hands-on projects, mentorship, and real-world work experiences through our employer partner network — ensuring every graduate is truly workforce-ready.
Open to youth ages 16–24 in the DMV area
No cost to participants (fully funded)
